Why was the year cut out at 33:45? Horton says "on October 4th. 1999", but the 1999 is cut off. Without the year, that line is meaningless, the point being that the next election is not for another five years. Horton then comes back in to finish what he's saying, so it's not as though the whole scene is just being cut there. Trying not to draw attention to the age of this show? Strange.
