- Officially the longest video I have ever made. I combine a kayak trip along with footage of 2024's total eclipse of the sun and then also share an hours worth of mouthsounds with you. Hope you enjoy this one!

I have a kayak too
It is a great escape from the day to day routine ...once you own a kayak, it's nearly free to do and it's great exercise. All in all just a great hobby to have and one that I enjoy. I hope you get to use yours soon!

I have owned this home since 2015. These windows were here when I moved in. The home was built in 1986 but I'm not certain the windows are original but I would have to guess that they are. I'm real estate so I see tons of homes. During inspections we always find failed seals in double paned windows. I have only replaced one pane in my home since I have owned it. They seem to be really efficient too. Integra is the brand name etched on all the glass.integrawindows.com.au/

@@happyhours23 The house flippers use the box store windows that need replaced in 10 years. They help sell the home but they don't add lasting value. If you're planning on staying in your home and don't want to do this again, likely better to go with the good ones, if you can.

Man...very observant! It is the same portion of lower fence but I had a taller portion installed once they built the neighborhood behind me. I can only see the rooftops now inside the fence so no one can see me.
