Well guess we have a new vtuber tipe now:
So far to my knowledge 3DTubers, PngTubers, L2D Tubers, and now ACATubers
I follow your channel for quite some time with my personal account. I've always loved the fashionwars videos, but as a Vtuber it's a surprise to see one of the creators I've watched become a vtuber lol, good luck to you and your future projects!!

Fornax, thank you providing this deep dive look into Faux-nax! I have always been intrigued by her since you came on my podcast and I was pretty stunned by what she could do. In the past I have been a bit negative about vtubers. I felt it embodied this para-social/anonymous part about the internet and streaming I don't enjoy but I have definitely been looking it differently because of what you've been doing. You clearly put a ton of time, work and learning into making this avatar yours. Since I've had the pleasure to get to know you over the years, I understand why you do it but I think you push it to this next level no one else is doing with the many expressions and moving parts she; has to fully embody you virtually. Really enjoyed listening to what has gone into this. Keep it up! Thanks for helping me see this differently.

Hey o/, Its lovely to see you here. Many thanks for your kind words.
I agree, there can be unhealthy online relationships. I avoid this with transparency, and honesty. I also think there is a part of the V-Tubing community, which is far more theatrical in nature. I use my avatar for audience engagement and as a fig leaf, allowing people to judge my content for its merits, and not my physicality. But there are many creators who have dedicated online personas. They are entertainers first and foremost, putting on a show. Perhaps thinking of them as digital larpers would be more helpful.
Problematic para social relationships I think are a consequence, of real world social isolation. Online communities, have arisen to fill the void, but we are still figuring out best practices.
Digital communities are a complex, immerging and growing area of society. What this world will look like in a decade, I cannot even imagine.
I would love to chat with you about this 'in person'.
      Many hugs
      Fornax
