AMAZING 27 ROLLS! - Live Craps Game #41 - The Cromwell, Las Vegas, NV - Inside the Casino

  • One of the BEST places to catch a live craps game is at The Cromwell. It's not a huge casino, but it's known for it's excellent dealers and GREAT Craps tables. Many well-practiced Craps players like playing here because the tables aren't bouncy and it's the ONLY place on the Strip to offer 100x odds!
    On a breezy evening, the open air entrance to the casino offers a nice atmosphere and provides some fresh air to the otherwise smoke-filled casinos.
    If you want a classy, but not over-the-top opulent experience in a casino, The Cromwell is the perfect choice!
    Hope we see you Inside the Casino!

    I just don't know about this whole "setting the dice" thing- you have to believe that the casinos have done their own exhaustive research on that and have concluded that there is no significant advantage so long as the dice hit the back wall on the throw.

    • @InsidetheCasino
      @InsidetheCasino  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No. It's because VERY VERY FEW people can actually do it correctly and consistently, thanks to years of disciplined practice. It is possible. Just too many posers out there who attempt it and can't do it, so the casinos aren't worried.

    6:23 Some people just don't know how to maximize their play. Something caught my eye, so I went back through the long roll. The guy in 1st position (just left of the stick) won a grand total of only $58. He started with $96 across all the numbers. Then kept fully pressing the first 3 hits inside and 2 outside I think. Then started taking money back, but kept making big prop bets that didn't hit even once. And he only bet 1 pass line at the very end when the roll ended (lost 15+100 behind), he just had place bets and props most of the roll. All in all, he bet $354 on his initial place bets, prop bets, and his one time pass bet. He took back $412. On a 27 rolls, you gotta do better than $58. WOW.

      depends on your bankroll, and if you're about to go home. it's not playing smart if you ignore the odds of a 7 coming, if i'm not shooting i play the hit and run, i don't rely on shooters to roll more than 4 times. i manage to average 8 rolls, been up to 28, and a few times rolled past 40 minutes....damn i miss shooting dice, practing isn't as fun

      Looks like those hop bets are an "either or" type of bet. Not sure really. I don't play the sucker bets in front of the stickman.

    • @MarkDaMak
      @MarkDaMak 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      He's bet hop the 5 which there is only 4 ways the dice can roll that but realistically only 2 combinations. 4&1 or 2&3..... so the dice can come up 1&4, 4&1, 2&3 or 3&2 but the layout on the table for a hop 5 bet Combo on displays 2 combinations because those two combinations can be reversed to make a total of 4 combinations. Make sense? The Hop bet is on 2&3 or a 4&1 being rolled on the next bet which as a whole the $5 bet on a 5 is really what the bet is unless he specifies only one of the combinations. looks more confusing than it really is.

    • @bryanmcfarland2253
      @bryanmcfarland2253 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      So hop bets work like this. Its a 1 roll bet, betting that the dice will hit a certain combination. Since a 5 can only be rolled 1/4 or 2/3 his bet technically is 2.50 each combo. Usually you'd have to specify which one you want to make "heavy". Like hop the fives heavy 1/4. That way if the 1/4 hits, it pays 45 ($3) instead of 30 ($2). Make sense? It really is up to the casino if they will pay as close to the 2.50 as they want. So the casino has the right to pay out 30 instead of the actual pay for a 2.50 bet which would be 37.50. They may pay you 37. Notnsure
