A filipino women told me where does the "ng" come from.Could she speak a different Tagalog or maybe she lived in another part of the Phillipines!

Baka = Maybe
Baka = Cow

Stress in the first "a" =cow. (Just like "vaca" in Spanish) Stress in the last "a" =maybe. (Is like if you would write "vacá" in Spanish, but with a tilde in the last "a", but is not a word in Spanish).
Hello! What does "ng" mean? I always hear it in sentences but I don't know when I should use it.
Ng is used as a marker for possessor nouns.
Aso(dog) ng babae(woman).
Who owns the dog? The woman.
👉 Bag ng secretary.
Who owns the bag? The secretary. The woman and the secretary are the possessor nouns. The woman owns the dog and the secretary owns the bag.
👉 Anak (Son/Daughter) ng mag-asawa (couple)
Whose son is he? Anak ng mag-asawa.
👉 Libro (Book) ng estudyante (student)
Whose book is it? Book of the student.
See it as connector or linker in a way that ng connects these two nouns, something is being owned and one noun is the possessor. Also notice that these are common nouns that comes after ng.
Ng also let's you know the object in a sentence. It marks the object while ang marks the actor.
Kumain ang secretary ng spaghetti.
Ang marks the actor and this is an actor-focus verb, kumain. So the actor/doer, the secretary is taking the spotlight. The noun following after ng is the object.

Although you can use either one to soften a request, making it less of a command but more of a request, here's few difference of using "nga" than naman as showed in the video.
👉 Nga is used to agree to what was said.
👉 Nga is used to add stress to an already given answer when the person asking the question repeatedly asks the same question . (See video at 3:09 for this)
👉 Nga is used to stress out a question when asking it again as the person you're talking to isn't giving your the answer you need or isn't answering the question being asked. (See video at 5:53 where it is explained)
