Ingredients:
350g ground almonds
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder (8g) (optional)
100g powdered sugar
150g melted butter
2 tablespoons of cardamom extract (or orange blossom water)
1 tablespoon of honey
250 phyllo dough (filo)
For syrupy:
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp rose water (optional)
some chopped almonds, and edible rose petals for garnish (optional)
