Is there any way to neutralise the salt in brick before use in building.

No, after the b/w has been done, u can't neutralize the same, 1 thing u can do curing is done by the kinda water whose ph scale is 6.

Sir smjh me kaise aye ki efflorescence h ya nhi & mere ghar ke keval 2 wall pr dikh rha but poore ghar me nhi dikh rha hai and mene 1 hi brick use ki hai please help me kya kru mujhe tension ho rha hai
2 wall pr dikh raha kyoki vha nami hai abhi isliye to nhi dikh rha usme tiles vaala chemical milakar palastar krva de to kaisa rhega please reply 🙏

It destroy the finishing like Plaster, paint ,brickwork !!!
