I know a lot of you guys have been watching me for a while and if you haven’t subscribed yet, I would appreciate if you do so !! Also I see a lot of you that were subscribed are no longer subscribed, TH-cam every now and then does a funny thing where they de-subscribe viewers. So check and make sure that you are subscribed. Thank you ❤
My wife saw me watching this video she was so happy. She said finally you're watching a video about construction and home improvement instead of a damn motorcycle video. Is that Bob Vila ? I said it's is cousin Jon !
I have been a Weekend Warrior renovator. Nice to see the tips for removing electrical wiring from studs. Looks good. You will have so much room. Following your new "CycleFanatix Reno" Show.
Abosolutley love this content. You were 1000% comfortable and I learned several things. All you content is great but I was super excited to see Part 2. Cheers John.
That was really cool. I have a wall to remove in my house non load bearing of course and you answered all my questions i had on what to do. That was super cool. Thanks john.
Hi Mr. John! How exciting for you and garage remodel project looks like fun! Thank you for sharing the process and the energy, efforts and work involved to demo / prepare for new updated motorcycle shop!
Very interesting imo.. give you props for the amount of work involved.. I’m tired just watching the video.. it’s definitely going to be nice when all finished
Tune in for bikes and Bob Freakin VIlla shows up lmao . Figured you'd cut the wires while standing in a bucket a water pal lol Moving fast! won't be too long and Cyclefantix HQ will be ROLLIN!
Great tips John! Can't wait to see the next episode of Garage Fanatix! 😄 Seriously though, these videos are going to be interesting. Thanks for sharing the process with us!
A few videos before you announced this, I thought, he's tight on space in that garage, especially when you were talking about getting an ADV bike.... I had the feeling maybe Cycle Fanatix might move to a new facility😉 But this is a great idea, I'm anxious to see the end result, its also fun to watch the process.
Awesome video John!! Love the " how to " stuff. It may not be about Harley-Davidson content, but your bikes will be going into the renovated garage, so basically it kinda is about motorcycle content lol. What kind of stuff did you use for the garage floor? Keep up the great work, looking forward to the upcoming videos 🇺🇸🤘🏻💯
Looking good but what about the wall in the office and closet that steps out? Looks like your losing about six inches all the way around. I would make it all flush. Not trying to be a pain in the ass hahaha.
Guess they call that sweat equity…probably can skip the gym workout…saving a lot in labor costs by doing it yourself…how did you choose which site to put this on cycle FANATIX or cycle FANATIX sport? Or is it on both 😂

Thank you for doing demo well. I hate watching HGTV, seeing them grab a sledge and start swinging at cabinets and walls. Makes a ton more work.
Haha 🤣 👍👍

You work like me like four men are working
Look at you go.👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
John all them there muscles seems like you struggling 😂
Haha come over and help me!! 🤣
I would build a 2x6 floor for the studio instead of concrete .if you sell the home one day you'll still have the full floor for the car..
Even with the floor raised, a full-size sedan can fit in the garage
Why not just simply cut the Romex and pull wiring out vs having to cut every stud with the sawzall?
🤔
To each there own .🤠✌️
What hell can't you do?? 😁😁
Me I’m enjoying it
Are you making garage bigger like wider or just the space inside
Just inside
Looking good but what about the wall in the office and closet that steps out? Looks like your losing about six inches all the way around. I would make it all flush. Not trying to be a pain in the ass hahaha.
I can’t that’s the concrete foundation wall
