That 400 strength is real. She's a great example of embracing the grind. She's literally made herself this fast. She wasn't running these sub 22 times until recently.
Agreed she figured it out similar to Fred kerley. It took them about a year to figure out the short sprints now they’re tough to beat. Shericka was one hell of a 400 meter runner she put up some crazy times
Because of injury
Different training. Once the strength is there, it’s not going anywhere. You run your 400’s in workouts to sustain it.
But, moving down, the training changes. More training specified for fast twitch muscles to produce quicker turnover. A lot of 150’s. A lot of 100 turns. Endurance days become 300’s and 400’s.

You're not reading it correctly Lady. Jamaican Athletes are most times, not inclined to do that much more than is absolutely necessary for the Win.
Shericka needs to shut it down until the Brussels, Van Damme meet in September. She's suffering from muscle fatigue & if she runs another race in less than 2 weeks, she's going to get injured. It's not worth Jeopardizing your next contract. Be smart!!!
