    I tried out this recipe yesterday, it was so simple and easy to follow. My bhajias turned out great considering it was my first time to cook them. I literally felt like a professional cook 😄. Thanks for recipe, I can't wait to prepare other dishes for my family using your recipes

    Asante sana Raphael, this is so easy to follow. My fear would have been how much oil is retained in the bhajias? Can I throw them in the oven once they're 1/4 cooked?

      Wheat flour can be used but you will get a different result

      For me l boil milk with ketepa tea leaves and some tea masala, when it boils u add equal amount of water like for the milk, let it boil again, then ur gud.

      Dessie you can use the oil until you see it’s making your food dirty(when it becomes dark in color). You should sieve any solids from foods to increase the time you use it.

      Eugene Omalla you can use it to cook food or fry other food so long as it looks clean and doesn’t have sediments left over

      When preparing bhajia it's not advisable to preboil the potatoes that's why you slice them thinly.
