I just made ths and it turned out so good the only thing is i would recommend 1/2 tsp of salt instead of 1 tsp. I normally like to eat salty food but this one could use a bit less for anyone making this . You can reuse it after straining the oil.Once the oil is cooled strain it in a wire mesh lined with cheese cloth. And use it for similar things/food items 😊
