No joke I had a sun dress with exact pattern material same bralette top style but with a thigh length skirt attached in the 90's ❤️ah!! Omg brings back memories
@@DoctorFashion Thanks for getting back to me so fast! I fiddled around but at 100% it's only printing in the top right corner of the page (so maybe 1/4 of the page). I changed it to 200% and it printed full page - it still looks small though? Do I need to make it twice as big again (X2 at the bottom)? Sorry I don't normally sew garments by my daughter wants me to make this for her (it's really cute btw!).
@@kelelap63 I took the 2x to mean that I needed two of each piece for one cup, but even after expanding the pattern some on my own, it ended up comically small and barely covered my areola... Good luck! Mocking this up was VITAL.
@@asinmc Good point - maybe that's what it means as that makes sense. As far as sizing, I actually ended up enlarging the pattern 200% and did make a mock up - it was still a bit small so I enlarged it again to 225% which worked for my daughter who is probably about a 38B. She made one top and it came out great and then decided to do another one where we made the band narrower, and added a 4" ruffle at the bottom - it's adorable but boy getting the cups, straps and the ruffle tucked inside the narrower tube was a challenge! She's never sewn before, and I usually only quilt, but we managed to figure it out! She bought more fabric to make more and also just made the new bucket hat from @Doctor Fashion tutorial and it came out really cute (a little big but it still works so we'll probably just resize the next one) :-)
I made this top out of a guys t-shirt and it came out wonderful. thanks for your amazing detailed tutorial
They came out too cute, I love them
That's some pretty fabric

Giulia Furlan yes, one of the tops I made was a cotton blend and the other was a stretch knit .
@@DoctorFashion thank you!!
