I think it depends on the technologies you have worked on and if you can show progression in your career…
At my last job, I worked 11 years and got a few offers in the same week I wanted to swap…

Can you give some examples of things which show progression? I had 3 and 9 year in different companies, and I am a bit nervous about last 9 years progression because is very diverse working in a product development company (like build new end to end modules in their huge monolith, auxiliary services, rest apis, scalable workflows, SPAs, prof of concepts, data analysis, tools, code practices) because and I am not sure what to demonstrate in this case. For me is really difficult to to internalize any job description which makes me think they need an Guru not a human :)) In fact, reality seems to be a another world.

@@vab7265 Job postings often look like companies are looking for unicorns and that can look scary. Companies do things differently and they will not find this unicorn but realistically might find someone who is ambitious and a fast learner.
If you can show progression of learning and taking on more responsibilities, you are far more likely to get a job even if you don't have all the skills / traits being looked for.
Try to think about your progression over the years:
      1. What technologies you have learned.
      2. What practices you have learned.
      3. Where you have taken on more responsibilities.
      4. Role and title changes.
Also, just taking a few interviews might help you understand where your gaps actually are (even if you don't get offers). You might even apply for a job you are not planning to take, just to see how it goes.
You sound like a solid developer, good luck!
