I don’t think it’s age-limited, like Elle said Lolita fashion is for everyone it’s an excepting kind of community and fashion which is one of the reasons why I like it so much. It can be a bit difficult when you are young though, since I’m an 11 year old girl who hardly has money. I usually have to wait for Christmas, or my birthday, or whenever I am given money from family to use to buy clothes. So it is kind of difficult for me ;-; But it doesn’t stop me from trying Lolita! :D

In my experience most foreign lolita fashion shops have an English option. So, it's still pretty easy to navigate. Wunderwelt and Closet Child are both second hand shops that have this. Hope that helps.

Devil Inspired is absolutely legit. It is a Tao Bao reseller. The only drawback is that the resale markup is pretty high with them compared to other sites that do the same. I'd price compare them with My Lolita Dress and Lolita Wardrobe to get the best deal. Hope that helps you. 😁
