STAR BREAD OR WHAT WE CALL IN THE PHILIPPINES- PUTOK BREAD
INGREDIENTS
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup bread flour
1/4 cup milk powder
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup warm milk
2 tbsp warm water
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp instant yeast
Toppings
Eggwash
Cystal sugar
Bake at preheated 450F for 12 mins or until golden brown
