@@Krescentwolf actually it seems like the sway is connected to what they have equipped. it seems like they have to have either a sword, or one handed weapon to have the sway this is why the other units with magic, lances. or non-throwing axes have no sway animation.

@@rubytuesday8849 actually, dancer is great for making her a pseudo-dodge tank since she's hella speed as is. with sword avo+20 almost nothing hits her. nosferatu tanking still works on her. the only issue is you lose out on the warp, you can only use it once, she has enough spells to be fine even if they have low-uses. and if you give her thunderbrand? hoo boi. i literally wanted to switch her out of it but every single other class was just so much worse for her. she was a beast.

David Saade Romano if you play the church route, seteth states how he, Flayn, and Rhea are children of the goddess. Then, he says how he has lost the power to become a Dragon, and it’s implied Flayn was severely injured during the war and slept for serval years. In the church route, they don’t question Byleth when he says he slept for 5 years and say that maybe Rhea has been sleeping too. Why do you think we have never see their ears, likely because they have the Manakete ears. Rhea is shown to have them in one scene of the Church route. In Seteth and Flayn’s A support, he says how their lives span many years, and it’s revealed that they are Saint Cihol and Cethlean. In their character cards, their ages are listed as ???. Sothis and Seteth have the same hair color, only the characters related to Sothis have green hair. I’ve done my research 😤 Seteth and Flayn are dragons (I guess Manakete’s is more appropriate since they are in human form)

It's quite late, but you have to clear the game first, then when you play on NG+ mode, you would unlock a new customization screen where you can freely switch all characters between their pre- & post-timeskip version. Give edelgard her post timeskip look, then use the (now usable) hair tab, and voila, Edelgarde got her new hairstyle!
She actually has a black dancer outfit in her files, I just found out about this a couple mintues ago. I'm trying to see if I can make the male into a dancer as well.
Well, since i've only been messing with save edits it only lets me modify stuff thats in the game already. Since Rhea doesn't have an outfit for the Dancer class, I excluded her out of the video. Same with the other non playable females in the game that can also use the dancer class. But if you're talking about seeing her do the little Dancer animation and stuff like that, I can post that on my twitter for ya lol I have Sothis over there
I literally only just noticed yesterday that the units turn their heads to face the camera in battle. Also, that 2nd Edelgard one. Shes a cutie she is.
The outfit really suits her actually, but not sure it makes perfect sense. Dorothea makes most sense as a dancer based on her background. She’s also the canon dancer, as her timeskip art outfit is the same as her dancer timeskip outfit.
In my opinion, Dorothea is better as a mage and even a healer. She’s more of a singer than a dancer. Also, Dancers are sword users, which fits Petra perfectly. Healing is also a nice touch and considering my Byleth romanced Petra both times, no arguments there
I still think Dorothea is the ideal dancer due to Meteor, Physic and Levins access to also deal damage with swords, but Petra does look awesome in this outfit
Matthew Leong but hear me out. Dancers can also use magic. Making Dorothea a healer, a mage, and a dancer all in one. Dorothea is also good with swords but more magical varieties such as levin sword or the hex blade art that deals magic damage with any sword. Songstress (her unique skill) also heals adjacent allies for a little health. It’s the same skill Azura who was the performer character in fates.
It makes so much more sense to make Dorothea the dancer based off her background and intended classes. Petra shouldn't be wasted as a Dancer, she's literally Sonic the Hedgehog with her speed growths and her dex is up there. Made her my thief/assassin and anyone that tried fronting with her had to both choose a deity and then plead. Not necessarily as much as when Chadelgard or Blyat stepped up, but still pretty good.
Does your game crash when you add characters that you're not supposed to have in your current run to the party (e.g. Edelgard in non-El route, Hilda in El-route, NPCs such as Rhea and Sothis? I know you're not crashing in this particular video but what about outside battle etc?
Ive only had the game crash on me once, and thats when I tried changing their hairstyles. Other than that I havent really had any issues. I even had dimitris father at one point in the game.

There hasn't been any video tutorials made on using it, but theres a pretty helpful forum on GBATemp that kind of goes through how to start using the editor. Although changing characters has to do more with using a different program called HxD.

I was going to choose Hilda but last minute went Marianne, no regrets. Marianne looks like a delicate grecian princess as a dancer and can also heal and utilize her Blutgang to boost her avoidance as a dancer.

I really wish female Byleth could be a dancer. I couldn’t decide on a class for her for my blue lions playthrough and a dancer would be perfect
She actually has a black dancer outfit in her files, I just found out about this a couple mintues ago. I'm trying to see if I can make the male into a dancer as well.
Two questions:
1) Do their dances change based on the character?
2) How did you get an entire team of dancers?

Well, since i've only been messing with save edits it only lets me modify stuff thats in the game already. Since Rhea doesn't have an outfit for the Dancer class, I excluded her out of the video. Same with the other non playable females in the game that can also use the dancer class. But if you're talking about seeing her do the little Dancer animation and stuff like that, I can post that on my twitter for ya lol I have Sothis over there

In my Black Eagles playthrough and my Church playthrough, i made Petra a dancer both times. Makes perfect sense and it also suits her. No regrets
The outfit really suits her actually, but not sure it makes perfect sense. Dorothea makes most sense as a dancer based on her background. She’s also the canon dancer, as her timeskip art outfit is the same as her dancer timeskip outfit.
In my opinion, Dorothea is better as a mage and even a healer. She’s more of a singer than a dancer. Also, Dancers are sword users, which fits Petra perfectly. Healing is also a nice touch and considering my Byleth romanced Petra both times, no arguments there
I still think Dorothea is the ideal dancer due to Meteor, Physic and Levins access to also deal damage with swords, but Petra does look awesome in this outfit
Matthew Leong but hear me out. Dancers can also use magic. Making Dorothea a healer, a mage, and a dancer all in one. Dorothea is also good with swords but more magical varieties such as levin sword or the hex blade art that deals magic damage with any sword. Songstress (her unique skill) also heals adjacent allies for a little health. It’s the same skill Azura who was the performer character in fates.
It makes so much more sense to make Dorothea the dancer based off her background and intended classes. Petra shouldn't be wasted as a Dancer, she's literally Sonic the Hedgehog with her speed growths and her dex is up there. Made her my thief/assassin and anyone that tried fronting with her had to both choose a deity and then plead. Not necessarily as much as when Chadelgard or Blyat stepped up, but still pretty good.

Yes which is why in all fe games your only allowed a single dancer but for both "educational" purposes and "research" purposes, I let that fact slide.

Does your game crash when you add characters that you're not supposed to have in your current run to the party (e.g. Edelgard in non-El route, Hilda in El-route, NPCs such as Rhea and Sothis? I know you're not crashing in this particular video but what about outside battle etc?
Ive only had the game crash on me once, and thats when I tried changing their hairstyles. Other than that I havent really had any issues. I even had dimitris father at one point in the game.

@@unrealsimon93 I am using the save editor to add the characters. There hasn't been any video tutorials made on using it, but theres a pretty helpful forum on GBATemp that kind of goes through how to start using the editor. Although changing characters has to do more with using a different program called HxD.

@@unrealsimon93 Maybe because it was a new game plus file? I'm honestly not sure what caused their crash but I never had that issue.

I was going to choose Hilda but last minute went Marianne, no regrets. Marianne looks like a delicate grecian princess as a dancer and can also heal and utilize her Blutgang to boost her avoidance as a dancer.
