No they are exactly right. The video is the top times for each team. The US has the top 2 times overall, but it is the US national team. You can only use the top time from each separate team. USA is the national team, USA red is a different team. So USA from 1972 is in essence the same team as USA in 2018. Even though the runners have changed.
Part of the experience of seeing these great events is hearing the commentary of the time. The music is a distraction.

The US national team has the two fastest times, but they are only one team. Each team uses their fastest time and are ranked accordingly. Even if it were based on time, your list would be incorrect. If it were based on time it would be 1.USA 40.82, 2, USA 41.01, 3. JAM 41.07, 4. JAM 41.29, 5. JAM 41.36.
I agree, but not about Privalova. During her peak years, she lost consistently to the likes of Deavers, Torrance, Ottey, Aaron, etc. Had she been juicing like the GDR and other USSR women she would have had multiple GOLD medals. Also, whoever made this list, apparently English isn't his/her first language as the title is confusing.

No they are exactly right. The video is the top times for each team. The US has the top 2 times overall, but it is the US national team. You can only use the top time from each separate team.
USA is the national team, USA red is a different team. So USA from 1972 is in essence the same team as USA in 2018. Even though the runners have changed.
