Yes indeed we manifest reality with our words. However Quantum physics shows that all things exist in a state of potentiality, only becoming actualized upon observation. So the Bible says we manifest things by speaking them and quantum physics says they are manifest by observing them. Are you able to make a connection between the act of observation and the act of speaking?
Yes. See the thing you’re trying have happen - bills paid, home peaceful, home that’s yours and not rented, etc - and then speak to that. Say in the name of Jesus, my bills are paid, I own my own home, and that home is peaceful with the presence of the Holy Spirit that is so tangible that everyone that comes in feels it and asks what’s different. That’s the connection between the two. You know what you want. God knows what you need. He is waiting for your faith.

Nothing happens apart from the observer, that sounds a lot like without faith it's impossible
