This is incredible. I only have one criticism and that is why so many fish it's an extremely small aquarium for the size of the goldfish. You could have one maybe two for that size but you put in like 20 that's way too many. There's not enough oxygen in the water for that many fish
you should worry more on the chemical leak from cement and paint, 48hour he soak the tank is not enough, it need at least a month and multiple water change.
I like it! If your asking what I would do? I'd add another brick layer to base giving fish twice depth of water. Pool is supporting living fish where all above water is not!

I wonder how the cacti or succulents are doing in a soil often irrigated? Also another thing to consider, besides the depth of the fish water, would be how many fish can live stress-free in the environment provided. I do not know the correct answer, but there are channels explaining it. The art is wonderful and the projects are very creative though.
