Brother after i enable usb debbuging and connect it to pc and typing adb devices it's not showing any like n.o. like your and after typing sec command it shows to connect the device

It may not help to you, because your problem is related to hardware. Anyway once again hard reset yours device. It will be work otherwise you will try your local service center.
