A couple things I found useful in my experience: 1) Practice system design on the company products either incorporating generative AI or being used in the same system. Once you've mocked up a few systems, you'll start to notice trends, become more comfortable with the process, and be ready for the interview that will likely have multiple system design questions. 2) If you're currently involved with AI that don't require LLMs (i.e. computer vision, automation, finance), become proficient in LLMs and RAGs, as many generative AI products are going multimodal and will likely incorporate an LLM.

Amazon PM advising to build an app with AI to adjust resume for a job reveals the secret of her landing the job. 🙃 First, there is no AI in the market that can help you build an app as fast as you this PM can think, secondly, adjusting resume for hundred jobs doesn’t adds up to your skills or experience.
Seems like the unfortunate trend of dividing people by race, religion, gender, and other physiological, biological and anthropological characteristics of human beings.. My dear friends, is it really impossible to simply be human and help other humans without labeling them or separating them based on unchosen characteristics like skin color, nationality, or gender? (For example,) I didn't choose it, but I was born with a gender identity that doesn't align with the typical female characteristics and characterised at birth as ‘male’. Would I still be welcome to participate in your learning programs and mentorship opportunities? just like gender "women" which you emphasised on the first place...
