I work in NYC Criminal Court. I am not an attorney but I have read enough criminal complaints to know that if you LEAVE a venue and return to cause harm, you will be pushed into the “premeditated “ arena. I’ve seen people arrested for far less.

That joke was so mild no one would have thought anything of it. If Will had not gone on stage. Keon and Craig it’s never ok to slap or hit anyone. Why ppl assuming everyone knew Jada has alopecia? Jada has said she fine with her head. She looks great. Lots of people snapped they are in jail or at the cemetery. There is a white lady who also said something about Jada look it up. Tell me where in Chris joke he made fun of her. Did he point at her and said y’all look at Jada’s head. He said Jada I love you looking forward to GI Jane 2. No one would even had thought twice. If Will then had a thing about it, he could have spoken to Chris later. Maybe Chris would have said something to her on stage. I surely didn’t know she had alopecia. What Will needs to do is Apologize to Chris hash it out. Keep it private. My dad use to say Don’t make a mountain out of a mole hill. Please also look for video of Jada laughing after Will Slapped Chris. Someone recorded her the back. I know someone who sent her brother out after this guy who said something to her in a club and a shoot out followed her brother in jail the other guy at the cemetery. I know she didn’t want that for her brother. Y’all are comedians and although you know this comes with the territory it’s not right and that weak joke was not worth the consequences Will may now face. DC said what braces himself to be hit. I am sure Chris was just standing on stage, since you guys discussing that what up with that open hand Susan slap. Also look for video of Will talking about Violence. He sure did change. Will was easily one of my top 10 favorite actors

I have a family member on the spectrum who has competed and I took the jokes on the chin cause that what they were: jokes! But what drove it home for me was Keon. Its sad because people with completely different disabilities are grouped as just Retards. It just means lacking development but people use it like its a condition itself.

Hi. First of all Alopecia simply means hair loss. There are different types but not defined as an illness. I am a black women that has Alopecia and do not consider myself sick. I am self conscious and truly miss my long hair but not sick. I don't think Chris Rock knew of her condition and didn't warrant the slap.

People are assuming Chris Rock knew about Jada's alopecia. We don't know that for a fact. I've read the Chris Rock didn't ever write that joke. Everyone doesn't watch Red Table Talk. I didn't know anything about it. I thought it was a funny joke and if Will Smith hadn't overreacted none of us would've ever remembered it or be talking about this. Chris Rock was asked by the police" do you want him arrested?" And Chris Rock declined and said "no." Will Smith is not in jail because of Chris Rock's Grace and mercy.
