- The highest selling quarter litre bike in the world, the Kawasaki Ninja 250 has given way to its more powerful, better equipped and ridiculously good looking successor in the Ninja 300. Is it really that much better than the highly successful Ninja 250?

I do that for every motorcycle
You are right bro i do that for every bike 😍
Thanks power drift
Indian road rules demands a protective covering which is called a "Saree" guard. This is designed to stop a "saree" which is a traditional Indian apparel from being tugged by the chain/rear wheel.
That cage is also the FIRST thing that most motorists remove after getting the bike :)
My first Ninja was an '03 250 and I got it in 2005. I grew up with dirt bikes on a farm, but getting married and having kids put riding in the closet for a long time. In June, I traded that 250 for the 2014 300se and I love it. It's small enough for me to control, yet big enough that it feels so much more powerful than the 250. The 250 had balls, but this one is beyond that. This will more than likely be my last bike ever. I'm a 55yo grandma now and arthritis in my back tells me how long I can ride but it's fun when I ride. I just don't dare lay it down without somebody stronger than what I now am to pick it back up. That was what shocked me most when I got the first Ninja, I wiped out on a dirt bike, I just picked it up and kept moving, lay down a ninja? I'm screwed. Ride hard or go home!
survivrs Wow! You are truly an inspiration for all of us here. Thanks a ton for sharing your Ninja story with us. :)
PowerDrift Thanks! I can't wait for Spring to come but I'm hoping to still get a day or two in before winter. It's been a strange year with our Iowa weather. I wish everyone could have as much fun on a bike as I have had in my life.
Lucky you man, awesome🤟🔥. I still dream about my first normal bike at the age of 25.
@@abhishekagarwal589 Thanks man, I had to beg my dad from the time I was 7 for a motorcycle and he wasn't going to let his little girl ride a motorcycle. I never backed off, and finally when I was 10 he got me a minibike. I wish it had an odometer on it because I know I put more than a couple thousand miles on it. He had to replace small parts over time, and finally it was going to be the engine and he finally gave in and got me a little yellow Yamaha 100 Enduro. I rode that even more because it had a lot more balls than the minibike. Some of the things he saw me do, he told me one night as he was coming in from the field and I was calling it a night, he said to me "Don't you ever let your mother see you doing any of that or she'll kill me". He was sort of serious but I just smiled. I learned on that bike with a great hill what it meant to become airborne. I was such a tomboy, lol....still am, but my body is paying the price for everything I did growing up.
I fell in love with this bike after watching your review. I am from a lower middle-class background. I worked my ass off and ended up buying 2017 KRT version of Ninja 300. Drove 5000kms in 2 months and I just can't get enough of this bike.
After 10 years out of nowhere this came into my watch list 😂
Wow, this is probably the most well-produced TH-cam video I've ever seen, and I was only after an amateur review of the Ninja 300. Props to you guys, you did an awesome job with every aspect of this vid!
Cant agree more
They are kinda two very different machines to be compared!
But yes, as an affordable dose of POWER, it would probably make it an interesting competitor :)
The motorcycling scene in India is very different than in the west. We go from mopeds to 100ccs to dreams of quarter litre and a very few get to go beyond it. But that is fast changing :)
Thanks, and thanks for the feedback! To be honest, we are fellow motor heads like you and so at times tend to go a little over the board with bikes (and cars) that excite us!
After 10 long years I’m back to the same video. Then 18 year old, today 28. Filled with nostalgia. ❤
9 years!!!. Still no other review comes close to this
Bought my dream bike today.. after a wait of 9 yrs...Ninja 2013..first of its kind... And watching this clip again n again..as it goes..

@@vigneshmenon3360 wow... That's a great deal.. Do you have any others contacts?
@@Hello-el7ok if yes wil surely forward..here..
Finally. You people give the best reviews in the country. Keep it up and the 5 minutes towards the ending were the best.
I m from Pakistan and I loved your review, Fantastic editing and camera work too.
Hamza Khawaja Thanks alot! :)We've got many more in our updated set of Reviews! Do watch and comment and like and share and subscribe and keep the love coming!
We are new to this industry to access to vehicles isnt as easy, but yes things are changing and we will be faster!
Thanks Speedguts21, there will be a lot more coming, until then, keep sharing our reviews ahead!
Thank you! Do remember to check the rest of them on our channel!
Like we always say we just love showing machines as they really deserve to be seen!
That's a little subjective. Ninja for its built quality and refinement, Honda for its comfort and value for money status!
We did! Glad you liked it!
Thanks a lot Sunny! More good stuff coming up soon!
Thanks Sanket, do remember to share the review with your fellow motorhead friends!
Thank you! Waiting to see your comments on our other reviews as well ;)
You should ask such queries on our website/community :)
It hasnt been launched in India yet! We hope it does soon, and we hope we get to lay our hands on it soon too!
I occasionally watch videos on this channel but gotta admit that this channel puts some of the bests reviews out there. No bias and over or less highlights. Everything's upto the mark. Excellent execution and presentation. I can say same same thing about Autocar India but the host feels little older and lazy to review powerful bikes which is almost perfect with you guys. Awesome work. Keep it up. Will be visiting this channel.
May be in future they would bring more color options. The 250R was available in Green and Black, the 300R in White and Green, and Black still remains Indias favorite automobile color. May be soon then ;)
Thanks for sticking around till late last night! "Worth the wait" gives us a lot of comfort, but yes, we will budget for tech glitches :)
We really hope that Bajaj can price this bike down a bit lower. It is a bloody good bike and like the Ninja 250, this too can write a new chapter in the changing scenario of biking in India!
Thanks! Do remember to check our other videos as well!
As of now, India does not have the ABS model yet. Kawasaki had promised to bring it, if there is adequate demand for it!
Hands down the best review i've ever seen.
Now a proud Ninja 300 owner :)
You people are the best in automobile reviewing in the country! The camera and story line way of portrayal is just awesome! An extra appreciation for the camera and editing!
Thanks Evan
Thanks Punit!
The attention to detail and presentation of this reviews are just to good to be a youtube channel.
Hi PD :-) anyone 2019?

Thanks dino777we, happy to see your comments on almost every video :D
Thanks Mayur!
Do share it ahead!
Ah! Waiting for you to discover (and comment) on our other reviews as well ;)
Thanks Abhijith :)
Its a saree guard, basically a guard that stops the Indian outfits (usually a saree or a loooong scarf - dupatta) from being pulled in by the rear wheel.
Its a rule for two wheelers to have this to be road legal. And its also the first piece of equipment that enthusiasts remove :P
So waiting for so many days-months-refreshing the page day and night and you get to see this:D I would say it's worth the wait. Creative, precise and in-depth review. :)
The 500 is yet to come to India, but from what we read it seems like a value for money proposition!
You should find our website, and head to the community section and read up on choosing a bike. That should really help.
PS: both the machines have its pro's and cons :)
Thanks Abhijeet :)
The kind Reviews you people do I haven't seen on any other channel including International ones
I am powerdriftofficial's fan
He actually said that the brakes dont quite have the bite that the old 250 had :)
Thanks!
Thanks Ganesh!
A most enjoyable and comprehensive review. You guys are the BEST.
blipco5 Did you end up buying this beauty?
Not yet but I want one for all the reasons you stated. I've been riding many years and still have too many bikes. As soon as I sell some off the Ninja 300 is on the short list.
Thank you! Do remember to check our other reviews and remember to subscribe to our channel ;)
Hats off....every review makes me desperate to own that Bike!!

Thanks Jijo, lets just say we will try our best to keep you subscribed ;)
Thanks Ankit! Glad you liked it!
Love the way its dynamics work, the tilting changes i mean...
We are a bit more frequent now!!
Thanks Nitin! Can you place the soundtrack request on our community please!
During the launch Kawasaki said that they would think about it if there is enough demand for the same!
One of the best bike reviews I have ever seen. Great job guys

We will try and do this soon!

you people really enjoy doing it.
Thanks Ashwin! Do remember to subscribe to our channel!
We would love to, but we never got one from Honda :(
The US version is slightly different. It uses a Carburetor instead of the FI unit :)
This was shot around Pune, thanks :)
Those two are different tools for different purpose!! You should post a detailed requirement on our community and we could guide you there :)
I just love the #PowerDrift people..ur concepts, and ur style is just 200% exclusive.
Thank you Nikhil. We are guessing you'll like the blockbusters too, check here: th-cam.com/play/PLVfy6I8a8OSzOK03wHnVTPWQevNqZp4-a.html
The Indian Duke would also come with Metzelers :)
Thanks Ralph :)
Thanks! Though we would seriously not mind having a big budget. Seriously ;)
