About twenty years ago I bought cad plans all the steel, and hydraulics and a tech school built it in the welding class as a year long project. My swing actuator sits above the floor and with car tires on it. Still works great. Keep it greased and it will do lots of digging.
Hey I am on Vancouver island thinking of buying one from process auto. I am just curious how much weight it can lift. Like if you chained a log to the bucket to lift it off the ground and get cribbing under it for say Alaskan milling. How big of a log or how much weight could it lift? I’m curious. Thanks for the in depth video of it brother!
My Frame cracked under near the swivel,not happy considering the body holds Hydro Fluid,tried welding with SS rods and it opened again,YTL is sending another body?? been waiting since last sept. may just add a few tanks on the outside of the body and run it like that for now?
You said ,tried welding with SS rods and it opened again. stainless steal rods ? It's carbon steel just 6011 or 7018 rods . Yes you could have a separate holding tank for the hydraulic fluid .

it's pretty cold to use it now. but you will really be surprised how well it works . i have other videos using it.
