Definitly you’re the best teacher for that style of music. 👌
Thanks Fabien thats nice of you to say😀
For sure, right!
Well, isn't that just the sweetest little piece
Yea this one is so fun to play!

Great!
Charles Caldwell, R.L. Burnside and Robert Belfour Are my facourite Hill Country Blues Artists.
A pleasure that you teach Stuff from them!
Many thanks from germany
This is truly the absolute best acoustic guitar instruction channel on yt! HOwever, I just don't have that much practice time for these great lessons because I'm so busy working through the even better fingerstyle course on your site! My playing has improved leaps and bounds from the first week working through that. I'm saving these blues lessons for when I've finished it. But there's so much content and instruction it will be most of the year, I think. As an intermediate player that goes to show just how incredibly intensive the course is. Not to mention the awesome taste displayed in the material and examples. Anyone who loves the tunes FGA gives lessons on here will be blown away by the course content. I realise this is sounding like an ad, but I just wanted to not only say thank you for these lessons but let people know how worthwhile the course it. I wish I'd found it a long time ago!
I hear yah.
I’ve been a FGA member for a while and learned so much from Heath via Zoom private lessons and TH-cam I can’t find the words to express my gratitude to him.
I honestly love this channel, I learn so much good stuff. Nice one!
Glad you enjoy it! Thanks for watching and commenting!
Awesome lesson. Great song! Thank you!
Glad you liked it!
Damnnnnn that sounds good!
I’m still continually doing the thumb/finger independence guided learning vid you have - it’s really helping! I’m also trying your Freight Train vid - it’s tough! But you explain it amazingly well.
So there goes the productive work I was going to do this morning. Now I need to play this instead :)
you are doing an incredible lesson 🎉
Another great lesson. Thank you for giving some inspiration
I thought that’s where the term “tune up” came from. I always go low and tighten strings to tune up, seems to always hold tune better.
The tempo to me sounds better slower to really get some mileage outta those riffs.
You already know I like lower tunings.
Thanks for the cool groovin’ lesson today.
Thats a good observation, I never thought of that ("tune up"). I bet you're right. Glad you liked it Kerry- Thanks for watching and commenting!
This is awesome! I got to learn this! I love this rhythm.

Ever watched Mississippi Fred McDowell? He did all that with his thumb and forefinger. As far as I've ever seen! It gives me some hope for myself.
