SGA is basically "Mr 30 points"... win or lose, it seems to be his ultimate goal. To reach at least 30 pts. He has great footwork, nice stoke, great shooter but it's almost unbearable to watch him play. Because the majority of his points are from free throws. It's boring to watch. It's not as bad as Embiid but he's constantly trying to bait his opponents and the refs to get his free throws..
At least he can get 30 without ball hogging. HE NEEDS HELP

1 - Giannis had 782
2 - SGA had 649
3 - Derozan = 612
4 - Doncic = 608
5 - Banchero = 559
And during the playoffs (so far)
1 - Brunson = 106
2 - Tatum = 82
3 - embiid = 78
4 - Doncic = 78
5 - SGA = 74
Embiid is probably the very worst in that department since you always have to keep in mind that he doesn't play as many games as the rest of them.
Anyway, SGA is still more boring , no doubt about it. At least Doncic has an awesome stepback 3, and an arsenal of circus passes..., he also has excellent footwork. SGA has the stroke, smooth shooting, great footwork but boring as hell because he's mediocre at best in the passing department, not even a decent rebounder and his style is designed to draw fouls.
Even Brunson is more exciting to watch than SGA, that's how boring the guy is.....at least Brunson is relentless, plays with tons of energy, grit...

Shai doesn't get his teammates involved. He's not an operator, he's a scorer. It's hilarious that nobody seems to have noticed this lol. I watched several OKC games on league pass where SGA would drive, collapse a defense and shoot instead moving the ball.
They took out Giddey because he cant shoot to save his life and the Mavs were leaving him open and were able to put the clamps on SGA. Especially at the beginning of the games he started leading to slow starts and making them play from behind which OKC doesnt like to do.

They started Joe for spacing fellas. Giddey’s been unable to hit open 3s. So the Mavs have been sagging off of him. The idea was to spread the mavs defense out and clear pathways to the rim.
