Find your message first and simplify it so you can deliver it better. You’re sense of uncertainty and how many times you end up having to say “idk” can and does take away from the overall message. Your message was focus on progress but the message itself struggled to progress along with the length of the video. Message could be a lot more clear and impactful with a bit less filler. And one thing I also noticed is that you mentioned “reflecting” and “venting” as if they’re interchangeable. They are close in definition I’m sure but the difference in the two is within the reaction. You don’t reflect on things to vent but you can vent to start reflecting on things. Venting is generally an emotional release but reflecting is a practical, critical review of experiences. Accountability comes before reflection and venting is many times devoid of it.
