My neibour is constructing a house in a plot which is belonging to my titledeed. He aquired the plot by cheating in my absence with the help of revenue officers. So civil cases are pending before the munsif Court. A letter is given to the Secretary about this with a request not to give either completion certificate or house number while the cases are pending. What will be the actions taken by the secretary regarding my request.
