@@fourtwo893 I too have been suffering with DP/DR for about 6 years after a panic attack. Wim Hoff method, cold showers and ketamine therapy have helped me beyond belief. there nothing worse than looking at your friends and family for them to look and feel like strangers. i know your pain.
As a person living with DRDP, proud of you m8 :). I've discovered recently that CBD, for me at least, can be fairly effective in reversing the effects of DRDP so that's how I've been coping with it as of late.
Gotta love the “let’s do this when we get high on mushrooms” idea and then literally completely forgetting that plan 100% of the time. Every time I try to plan my trip while sober nothing ever goes to plan. That made me laugh lmao

I felt as though it wasn't my girlfriend anymore, but was instead a cosmic being watching me through her, controlling her without her being consciously aware of it. I felt as though it had been watching me forever throughout countless lives. The fact that she resembled kali so much was surprising, seeing as I am not particularly interested in hindu mythology, as opposed to norse, which had previously made an appearance at the set on of the trip, in the form of runic symbols on my walls and cabinets

I went to the zoo trippng on 9-10 grams of mushrooms and it was great. Some of the animals seemed to know I was tripping. I was there the whole day, and it was over before I knew it. I wore sunglasses so nobody could see my fully dialated black eyes.

I've taken DMT around 6 or 7 times now and for my first time I had the same fears. My advice for your first time is spend 5-10 minutes before you take it to close your eyes maybe listen to music and focus on your breathing. Think deeply about what you are about to do and if you really don't want to do it then don't. You will have some anxiety beforehand as everyone does before taking the plunge but once in the realm that fear will seem like a distant memory
Funny how everyone takes psychedelics and they're like "the god I saw was different!". Yeah, you and everyone that ever started a religion/cult thought the same thing at one point. At the end of the day, it's your subjective experience. You'll never know until you truly die and don't come back. Doesn't matter how deep you think you've gone on a psychedelic trip...you're still inside the human brain. Talk to me when you can figure out how to entirely remove the brain from a person and have them communicate with the living to tell us what it's like. Good luck. The closest you're going to get is someone with dementia or Alzheimer's, but you won't be able to communicate with them. No matter what you experience in this life, it still falls under the realm of the brain and the interaction with the brain.
I honestly don't get why the Feds n the like always crush down on these substances. Did a few of these types just have bad trips and just not want anyone else to experience this? While I know this channel only really shows one side of the coin (the good trip side, more often anyway), I do plan to somehow take SOMETHING at a time in my life. Is this mostly just teen rebellion instincts? Yeah probably. I think it's more than that honestly. Just seeing these trip reports, it's honestly so strange given my background, but I'm fascinated regardless.
