Matlab music me koi si bhi low frequency aaye wo usko 45hz to 50hz me convert karde.. 💯 Iske liye konsa subwoofer filter board ya koi frequency adjuster suggest kare.. jo accurate 45 to50hz frequency provide kar sake ..? That depends on ur amplifier's output. Whatever amplifier u are buying, firstly check his datasheet and see on which impedance he is performing best. Then chose ur respected speaker of desired impedance.

I have amplifier with STK 4191. Power supply 24 0 24 & 7 amp. No humming in amplifier but when I on amplifier initially noise comes from speaker. I have made soft Starter as per your video. And attached in amplifier. But still noise comes. Please give solution.

For exact volt you have to test your amp with oscilloscope.

I have a 3 way passive crossover of 4 ohm and 8" woofer also of 4 ohm.
I want to add a 4" JBL coaxial ( A140/22watt/ 4 ohm) for mids. Will it affect total impedance given that I am using 3116 , 100+100 watts amplifier.

Please correct me if I am wrong. I think all speakers have a upper cut off and lower cut off frequency..here you are doing with just one cut off frequency .Please clarify .
In 2 way crossover cutoff frequency will be same for both but one will be high pass and other will be low pass.

I have tried 3 different cross over but there is significant drop in sound. Pls let me know in case any crossover available without impacting the loudness of sound.

Passive crossover will always result in some audio power loss at those components. So either use more powerful amplifier, or use active crossover
