Nice to see your dad with you.my dad was my fishing buddy for over 18 yrs before I sadly lost him seeing your day sat with you brings great memories.long may he continue to be your bankside companion
Just unbelievable how good the quality of the videos are, I get stressed just setting gear up never mind doing a running documentary. Absolutely brilliant. Top result from a hard section.
Hi Jamie I can’t wait to see you win one soon! It seems the draw bag is your biggest enemy but I’m confident you will get the results your efforts deserve. Keep on it! Bill
Hi Jamie, was again a pleasure to watch this upload. always a nice moment to get a notification of a new challenge from you. Wait with pleasure for your next one. Greeting Jan.
I fished Barston lakes in October. It was my first time night fishing for my birthday. I was on peg 114 with my mate one side and his dad the other side. My mates dad had an 19lb carp (mew pb for him), a 6lb 4oz Crucian carp, and a load of skimmers on a float. My mate had an 11lb ghost carp in the night, and a few crusians, also a few bream on boilies. I had 1 fish all 24hrs but really enjoyed it. My fish was at 12:30 at night. But will definitely be returning soon if a warmer weekend comes

Hahaha thanks mate. It's just these sorts of qualifying matches and the format that makes it harder but it's great to be involved and film them for you mate!
Carrmill this sunday :) you want 148,149,156 to 160 or 82, 80, 79 or 6 to 8 on other bank methods not been working but if the water clears up it will if not its red worm or dendy but don't put a lot of worm in last hour is best. Good luck mate.
Thanks for watching Geoff mate. The lad 2 to my left finished with 41lb and he caught a few Bream right on the point of the island but I beat a few to my right mate. Thanks again for watching mate!
Thanks Iain mate, looking back, had I not pushed the 20m quite as much I may have caught another 15-20lb of Bream on a more scaled back approach on the Method I reckon mate. But as always I think there must have been 90lb in or passing through the peg at some stage in the 5 hours mate.

Superb info thanks mate! I've screen shotted that for Sunday :) P.S Love the log on name mate!
Grear video Jamie gl next week!
Thanks Frank and thanks for watching mate! :)
Thanks for clarifying the two keep net thing. I was going to ask about that. Do you ever use bread for bait?
Yes mate especially in winter
That was a good weight from a hard draw, Did you beat the pegs around you, The drawbag is a hard mistress at times. tight lines & a full net
Thanks for watching Geoff mate. The lad 2 to my left finished with 41lb and he caught a few Bream right on the point of the island but I beat a few to my right mate. Thanks again for watching mate!
As always bang on J. Why do they put 124 in when they know it's a flier and everyone else is left scratching. Good luck for the next one .
Thanks Steve mate! To be honest pegs 120-122 have been more consistent recently but it was just great to be there and I'm glad I managed to film it :)
Brilliant Jamie 👍
Thanks Pat!
Mind you don’t get a nose bleed coming over to the Red rose county 😂
Haha oh yeah mate over't'pennines! Lol
Double hooking .....🤦♂️
Did you film the pairs match Jamie?
Enjoyed that Jamie! Just out of curiosity what do you think the most you could have weighed in fishing only for Skimmers and bream?
Thanks Iain mate, looking back, had I not pushed the 20m quite as much I may have caught another 15-20lb of Bream on a more scaled back approach on the Method I reckon mate. But as always I think there must have been 90lb in or passing through the peg at some stage in the 5 hours mate.
5 dead reds caught me 23 carp in 5 hours last sunday ,on a method feeder with pellets
Nice one mate! Was that on a hair-rig and what venue was that mate?
@@CatchFishingChannel At BROOM fisheries in ANNAN , dead reds just hooked on a size 16 guru QM1 hook
On that peg you wanted to be about 10m from the island.
That's where I started mate, it's looks ideal but it's the first time I've drawn there on that bit.
It’s the 120’s so often, maybe it’s time to not peg them......🤔
Ничего не понятно
