Buckhead is Bankhead just the criminals are white collared and racist
@@lmiller6675 Actually most of the Caucasian CEOs, CFOs, and COMs are working out of their mansions in North Fulton County, and Forsyth County nowadays. 🤣
@@glenntucker69 and your point?
Is it also save for black people to live crime rate police harasment?
GET OUT..AINT THE SAME....VERY DARK NOW
Everyone seems to love bashing Buckhead.
Tell your editor that your voice is only in the right channel. It's an easy fix.
Hey Jason, I totally realized this issue (I pinned it in my comments!). I was so frustrated with the sound - I didn't realize when recording that my mic accidentally was set on mono-mode. Anyways, I am the editor (haha) and I couldn't figure out how to fix the audio in the software I was using. (I googled all sorts of stuff and couldn't figure it out). Anyways, sorry about the audio...I'm so annoyed by it but the show must go on.
156k in NYC you are still poor!!! This is why everyone is leaving the North East and driving your market up
You are right about that. Atlanta has been severely underpriced compared to other big city markets so we’ve been seeing many ppl from pricey areas such as NYC or California come here and finding Atlanta to be a bargain.
Fix your audio levels! Talking too low…music too high..blowing my earbuds out of my head! FYI..your content is good.

Thanks for the feedback. I realized after I was done filming that I didn't have my mic plugged into the right option to feed audio into both sides...I was so annoyed. I'll try to work on not blasting the music in future videos -- just wanted to keep you awake! :)
You lost me at "Lenox Mall." It is Lenox Square. Then I scrolled down and saw "Phipps Mall." It is just Phipps or Phipps Plaza. I am looking around for a home in the Buckhead area. I grew up there, riding my Bike to Lenox Square and see Jaws at Phipps Plaza. I'm ready to move back in the next 12 months or so. I'm interested in a unit at The Peachtree Commons or other well maintained low rise "garden apartments" condos. I know these maybe priced at lower than you prefer to sell but it is what I can afford. Besides, I do not think The Swan House is on the market.
Hi Sarah! You had me laughing at your Swan House comment. :) Forgive me on not writing the proper names of the malls. They are malls so that is the word that came to my brain vs writing their exact proper name, but you are correct on what they are officially called. I work in every price point and there are some lovely units at the Peachtree Commons. I love a good garden condo building loaded with character. If you ever want to chat about your move back to Atlanta, I'd be happy to chat! Do you currently live outside of Georgia? I bet you have good stories of life in Atlanta back when you lived here as a kid!
@@AllAboutLivingInAtlanta Thank you for asking. I'm in Atlanta regularly, about once a month. My folks live in North Buckhead. I've been watching the market in this area and Midtown. I'd like to be closer to my folks and not too far from The High. I currently live in Florida. It is a five hour drive to see them. I would like to cut it down to about 15 minuets. (I'm glad my funny about the Swan House was not lost on you :)
@@MsSarah32503 I hear how many people are moving to Florida. Insane! Being by parents is nice - my parents now live 2 hours from me (instead of 12, and it's so nice!)
@@AllAboutLivingInAtlanta Yes, I think about maybe finding a little 1930's bungalow in Jefferson, Ga or Commerce, Ga to put a little more distance between us. My dad has suggested North Druid HIlls where he grew up if I don't want to live in a high rise.
@@MsSarah32503 The North Druid Hills area is a good spot if you don't want to be in the thick of the city life, yet be fairly close to it all. Whenever I'm in those areas, I don't feel like I'm in the city at all. (I did a couple VLOG tours on my channel on Sagamore Hills/Oak Grove...and I think you get a sense for how the area feels in those areas. A lot more space). And I know they have some garden level/older condos/townhomes in that area just off of Lavista.
Should have talked about the gross smugness and elitism that infects this area, they are trying to unite around an effort to pull their property taxes from the "you know who" who live in the south parts of the city and form their own municipal government. I grew up in Buckhead myself, and the people there drown in their own privilege.
Thanks for watching Jeff. I bet you have good stories of growing up in Buckhead. I think that is a whole other topic and I really wanted to keep it focused on showing the area.
Even with the price increases its still goo d compared to NYC and California. 1.7 in NYC and you are still in a poor neighborhood.
Yep. I said basically the same thing in your other comment (before I read this one 🤣)
@@AllAboutLivingInAtlanta Now I see a plan for more housing downtown Atlanta. I remember in the 1990s when few people lived downtown
@@donaldsawyer2618 Yeah, the Gulch is supposed to be a big deal. We shall see. Downtown needs help - it's not my favorite area to hang out in besides the touristy area.
@@AllAboutLivingInAtlanta Most downtowns are a bit seedy and as cities become more expensive it widens the wealth gap. People will have less places to live they can afford so they will be more people in the street
Nothing but a bunch of rich snobby people live in Buckhead.
Hi George - thanks for watching! Buckhead people definitely get labeled with that. However, I have some nice friends that live there and are far from snobby. But I get what you are saying - I feel underdressed when I'm running errands in the area. :)

Have a nice day.
I hate Buckhead
@@mellow9827 not everyone loves Buckhead and that is ok!
No one want to look at your face all the time,we want to watch Buckhead neighborhood.
Hi Susan. Thank you for your feedback. I really try to add a lot of footage of the area besides just me talking. I would find it weird to not be in the video and just narrate with my voice - I feel like the personal connection would be lost. But, I'm not a film producer, I'm just a real estate agent trying to help show people different areas of town. I wish there would have been neighborhood tours of Atlanta on TH-cam back when I moved here 11 years ago!
