      Nate finishes in the second again. He is just a more rounded fighter. If Nate loses its only because Nate gets to cocky. I think he is past that. He'll take this fight serious again.

    • @vanshipman

      James Johnson Exactly! In the fight game, ANYTHING can happen. Making predictions is fun and hyped fights no doubt, but when those predictions don’t line up, it makes them look stupid, especially when it’s the level of bragging Conor takes it to. But I get it, Conor does it well and he has been good for the sport, except for now that he’s got the division all tied up. He’s done nothing but taking fights out of his weight class and other sports. It’s crazy that there has to be an interim Champ in the 155 division because Conor wanted to box. I don’t blame him one bit for making that huge money fight, but he shouldn’t be allowed to keep that title without defending it for so long. The 155 division has some absolute killers in it and Tony Ferguson has been going through them like a steamroller. As far as I’m concerned, he’s the real Champ. I wanna see Conor fight because he’s entertaining, but picking and choosing his fights, along with just not fighting is not championship behavior. Get on with it or vacate.

    Diazs comment on size is more accurate than fans give credit. I have looked up fighters average in shape "walk-around-weight," height, reach, weight difference between Diaz and Conor is right about the same as Conor vs most of his feather weight opponents (Mendes, Siver, Aldo, Brimage) I don't think size was the determining factor for Diazs victory. I think the fact that Diaz is also a southpaw, that stays in his stance, is good at rolling w/shots, and keeps his chin tucked was why Conor couldn't put him away. Against orthodox fighters, their chin is inline w/Conors back hand and he punches threw them. Against Diaz Conor was throwing mostly overhands instead of his straight left because Diaz was always in a position to have his chin protected by his lead shoulder (which is why Conor landed more on his eye, cutting him, rather than his chin, hurting him.) The reason Diaz found success w/his straight left is cause Diaz used his jab better to get Conor out of position and find his chin.

    Diaz brothers have this incredible instinctive, intuitive, real fight psychology that can only come from having LIVED THE FIGHT LIFE. Can't really teach this stuff, have to learn it on the job. Compare their psychology with the self help platitudes so many others spout. These guys have learned some great wisdom organically and through hard fought experience ... just the real deal.

      Anyone with half a brain has to see that Nate has the advantage in this fight just based on how the first fight went. Conor gassed after a round and a half and hasn't had enough time to build his cardio to the point to where he can handle 25 mins of constant pressure from Nate. His only hope is to get an early KO but Nates fought a ton of guys that are bigger, stronger, and harder punching than Conor and has only been KOed once.

    • @Proverbs3_5
      @Proverbs3_5 8 ปีที่แล้ว

    Nate is as smart as they come. He sees exactly what the UFC is trying to set up.
    I'm a fan of both McGregor and Diaz, but for Diaz's sake, I hope he doesn't let the fight go to decision. I imagine he'll get robbed.

    It's easy to see that Nate is actually smart, a little punch drunk, but still smart. He thinks about what he is going to say, then he loses concentration and just kinda slurs stuff. I like it and I get the jist of what hes saying. Perhaps it is social anxiety that cripples his public speaking, or maybe he's convinced himself that he doesn't like public speaking. I mean he performs great in the octagon, but talking to people, damn!

      David Ross he's really not a anything like the civil rights activist, Muslim, Olympian Muhammad Ali it's just that's the way his fans want him to be so the media feeds them that. He's basically just a good fighter from a champion starved country . Seriously named the last champion from there? Barry McGuigan
