  • *This is not an endorsement, just so happened I work there=)
    After getting the unit during VP stage, immediately I've helped my relative in engaging The Makeover Guys to furnish up the unit.
    Work was immediately initiated once we confirmed the design and budget. Within 30 working days, the unit was transformed into a designer suites and my relative was pleased.
    Now we will be waiting for the team to assist in getting a tenant for the unit. Hope you guys get more insights on the journey from buying a property to getting it ready for tenancy=)

    I think this project is same developer as Lexa, Fera, and Henna, while Lexa almost time to handover, still need another 4 years for Henna to be completed...

    Is it a must to let makeover guys decide on what brand or certain furniture pieces style looks when i choose their service or they can incorporate the owner feedback as well?

      Hi Momo. Well it depends on the intention of the makeover. As our main audience are investors, they don't really mind the design and brands as long as we help them rent out their unit. However, if it's for your own use, definitely there'll be some feedback from the owner but the process will then take longer=)
      If you're interested to know more, do ask for more info via The Makeover Guys fb page. And you can use 'seantan makeover' for an extra RM500 off *this is because I'm a staff there=)

    20k renovation including electric appliance eg fridge & TV? As far as i know aircon, kitchen cabinet & water heater are provided by developer

      YihBin Chong Yupe!! Fridge, TV, washing machine + dryer, furnitures, wardrobes, decorative items and etc are included in the fee. The items you listed are already provided by the developer..

    For the small studio how does the storage system works?

      Unfortunately it doesn't. The solution would be additional cabinets instead of having the luxury of a store room. Because an extra wall and door to the store room will definitely dwarf the entire unit layout.

    The management already put a notice NO PETS@ANIMALS allowed but TOO SAD, OWNERS and TENANTS can bring them here. Complaints already made but no actions.......

    So, how much is the monthly rental for that kind of furnishings?

      I would estimate approximately +500 on top of the usual rental rate. IMO, this kinda furnishing only worth if the unit itself is able to fetch high Rental.
      Due to the fact this kinda services will cost more than the 1 year rental.

      The unit is asking around RM 1600 currently. The investment would not make sense short term but it definitely add competitiveness to the unit:)
      An addition of RM 500 equals to RM6000 a year. And that’s a healthy return against the investment of RM 20k.

      Eventually the rental would rise once people get acquainted to the location. Not so bad. What I heard there's a feeder bus to MRT maluri.
