The Associated Press sat down with Sen. Patty Murray, Sen. Susan Collins, Rep. Rosa DeLauro, Rep. Kay Granger and Shalanda Young, the director of the Office of Management and Budget, to discuss this historic moment and their plans to manage trillions of dollars in federal spending.
