Yes just right click on crop tool and take slice tool now go to image and right click then click on divide slice and now you get horizontal and vertical slice option set the cut and hit ok

This seems wrong. Escalator steps are in same size but the two ends of the carpet are not filling the steps in same percentage. I'm sure the perspective of your mask is not matching with the real perspective of the escalator.
