THANK YOU!!! I read & did everything Chrome & Chromebooks had to say about this problem & was about to factory reset when i found this video. Why no one else ever mentions this is bizarre. I had noticed the 2nd tiny circle next to the lit one but had no idea what it was & couldn't see the teeny slider. The camera app always said it WAS on & the other circle lit up. So what is the other circle for?
