It’s not about being technically better - Bruce wins that contest hands down. It’s about originality. Ace’s sound is easily recognizable and inspired thousands of loyal followers. When Ace plays, you know it’s Ace. Bruce sounds like hundreds of other studio guitar players. Which is not a bad thing, but the history books won’t remember Bruce, unfortunately. Ace, on the other hand, like Clapton, Jimi, B.B., and others who are easily recognizable, will be remembered.
OMG.. Bruce Kulick is sooooooooooooo good!!!!! He can remember old solos... ace can't :( he give much more preparation for this cruise... He's a class act

@@juanignaciosoma1705 As a Canadian, it's funny to see this guy play with Bruce and Slash. In the 90's he was the singer for an alternative band called Age of Electric that made some waves here, but ended up not going anywhere. Check out their song Ugly... It's gotta be on TH-cam somewhere.
It was always hard for me to see ace replaced. Bruce is an aswome guitar player and was a very important member of the band. Kiss very much needed him. He is a guitar icon in my opinion.
Always loved this song, shame KISS didnt play it more than a few times on Asylum Tour. Bruce once again delivers and reminds us how many great songs from all KISS eras there are.
That pisses me off so much about KISS concerts. I love KISS but they always play the same songs, tour after tour. Paul said, in a recent interview: "We don't play more obscure songs because obscure songs are not good", which to me sounds like a cop-out.

I agree. Kiss was best with Bruce! Revenge and Carnival are amazing and Asylum is so underrated. Eric Carr`s drums, Bruce`s guitar and Paul`s voice is what made Kiss back then! I miss those days!
Bruce was underappreciated. He should still be a part of the band and not replaced . Incredibly talented . Makes me sick how he was shoved aside in favor of replacement folks who were and are way underqualified .

Clark Carr that’s not true. They never offered Bruce the opportunity to come back and pretend to be Ace, or to pick up where they left off before the first reunion. That Never happened. And it’s for the best. Bruce is a fantastic rock and metal guitarist and KISS wanted to do a tribute to their first ten years, because THAT is what really put the asses in seats for so long. Bruce wouldn’t have been a good replACEment for that.

For everyone saying how amazing the singer is, firstly yes he is amazing, and secondly that's Todd Kerns. Look for his solo album called Go Time, and look for his bands Age of Electric and Static in Stereo for more. Plug he's a super nice guy above everything else. Oh and his side gig is in some band with some guy named Slash.

There is no reason that Bruce can't have his cake and eat it too!!! Gene doesn't want to stop. I know he won't. And Eric Singer will go with the show and go with the flow, Paul likes doing solo tours. Although he wants KISS to continue without him. Gene loves money and is a performance whore. Bruce has a legacy with KISS. This part of KISS can continue after "The End of the Road". Get a young buck vocalist to replace Paul. Trademark the name Revenge. Call the band Revenge. Because its core is KISS. But not entirely personnel wise. Take this out 3 months out of a year for a while. Let Paul guest on his own songs from time to time in between his own tours or art exhibitions. Let Bruce have some much due respect. He is a very nice guy. At least let him finish last with all his KISS glory. He certainly did very well maintaining your integrity this far.
tambor76 Unfortunately the reason the current lineup sticks mostly to the 70s material... Tommy just doesn’t have the chops to touch Bruce’s lead work. Add in the fact that Paul can’t sing this kinda stuff anymore.

This is really great, but I wish the drummer was bit better, he is good,....but tempo is a bit slow and just some other little things ain’t quite right, but still pretty good
