I recently traded in my Iron 883 for a 2017 Harley Dyna Low Rider S. With my Iron, I had this awesome Willie & Max swingarm bag that I would use ALL THE TIME! It was one of the first things that I bought for that bike actually. (Check that vid here! - • Swing Arm Bag Review f... )
Knowing how insanely useful a swingarm bag is to have, I had to put one on my new Low Rider S!
In this How To video, I show you how to install this swingarm bag made by Harley Davidson onto a Dyna, more specifically, the 2017 Harley Dyna Low Rider S. I know it's similar for other Dynas, but yours might be different depending on your make and model year. Always double check fitment before ordering!
Installation is pretty straight forward: Remove belt guard, take off old bracket, bolt on new brackets, replace belt guard, strap on swingarm bag. Takes a little bit of doing, but well worth it!

I added a Willie&Max destressed Brown mounted the same way of course but was a tad bigger also it matched my Saddlemen Brown two up seat with my weekender T bag I could easy do a tour week on my S, most recent upgrade was the thunderheader with power vision tuner,has a proper ride now 😎
Another well done how-to video. Maybe think about adding some more light. It was difficult seeing the details (black bag, black straps, black brackets, black bike). I would also recommend thinking about adding a tire puncture repair kit to your swing arm bag, when nails decide they want to do a ride-a-long. Good job, as usual. Thanks.

I been looking into adding a swingarm bag to my Dyna but I was wondering if the swingarm bag get in the way when to raise/lower the kickstand?

Yo I just discovered your channel after seeing FortNines FXDLS video. I have a 1980 GS550 bobber and next season gonna be upgrading to either a FXE Shovelhead, FXR, or Dyna Wide Glide. My uncle has a 75 FXE Superglide with a wideglide front end, forward controls, and narrow drag bars. Its like a rolling couch

Does this bag eliminate the passenger peg? I have an 06 wide glide and I’m just wondering if I have to get rid of the peg

I have the same bag . What tool did you use to get under the belt? I was able to do it but put a lot of tension on the belt and afraid to damage it .

I have the same bag. Had the same bag you had on your sporty also. This Dyna one is useless compared to the Sportster version. Very minimalist and cool looking, but the storage space is horrible. In other news, I just ordered new pipes to replace my Shit Shots. Got the Vance and Hines 2:1 Upsweep in black. I figure it will be unique. Everyone has Bassani road rage. And the FP3 will play nice. Can't wait to hear the new sound. Hopefully it'll be quieter than my short shots. My neighbors fucking hate me when I leave every morning at 550am.

So, what can actually fit in that small space? Wallet, phone, legal papers, smokes/vape...can't see it holding much, single stack 9?
9 on your person, extra mags in the bag.
It'll hold a 5th, your smokes and the reg/ins. paperwork, the very definition of the perfect bag ;P
I would carry spare mags and some 'nades. Maybe even a flare gun or some shark repellent.

Man as much I love Harley they are not looking good rightnow. Sales suck really bad and they lost a majority of the motorcycle market. It sucks when the only good Harley that the younger gen can afford is still around 9 grand new.
