    Mit welchem Lack hast du den Motor lackiert?

      Hi, das ist ganz normaler 2k lack. Ich habe damit keine Probleme wegen der Hitze oder so.

    Wow it looks awesome! I have the same bike and trying to figure out how i want to build it. I think you did a great job with the seat especially. Do have any more pictures or tips on that process? 😁 Cheers from Sweden

      Thanks man!! I also have some pics on Insta (link in Video Bio) but not really more than in the video... It was the first time I build a seat but with the plate it works really well. Just try it, it's not so difficult as it looks :) The only tricky part was to sew the cover, but nothing is impossible.
      I will also build a seat for my other project (Suzuki GSX), this time with video material and more detailed.

      What kind of material did you use for the seat base plate?

      @@TheIceland2000 thanks!! I've used a DIY seat panel that you can form with heat. You can write me on insta (link in bio) and I'll send you the link if you want.

    Its 1990 model?

    • @realrideouttv
      @realrideouttv  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No, it's from 1987. But not sure if there are any differences between 1987s and 1990s...

    Probably the worst cafe I've ever seen. You need to start with something else, than the squarebodied GT.

    Hello nice rebuilt :)
    I would like to ask which material you used for seat base. That white board video at 6:31.
    And also which kind of "foam" you have used ?
    Could you send me a link(s) please ?

    • @realrideouttv
      @realrideouttv  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi, thank you! 🙌
      This is from cafe racer webshop .com, you can order both there and also choose the size of the foam.

    Hi have you a video of the exhaust sound? Is it to loud or ok?

    • @realrideouttv
      @realrideouttv  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, a lot of rideout vids will follow in spring!! The exhaust is allowed in Germany, so it can't be to loud :) 93db at about 3500 rpm.

    What size tyres did you go for?

    • @realrideouttv
      @realrideouttv  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      That are currently the original tyres but I think I will change them for next year. It should be 100/90-19 in the front and 120/90-18 in the back.

      Thanks (•‿•)
      Ive just bought a gt550 myself and would love to do something similar to mine.
      How did you make the seat base and get it to follow the curve of the frame?
      And what rear shocks are you using?

    • @realrideouttv
      @realrideouttv  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ShmikUchiha the rear shocks are YSS especially for the GT550, a bit expensive but it worth it. I used a DIY seat panel that you can form with heat. You can write me on instagram (link in bio), I'll send you the link.
