I see myself as we cruised under the bridge! LOL! What a fun cruise that was!
Great video. We’re going on the Crown out of san Francisco Feb 7 for 10 day Mexican riviera .
Thanks! Our next video of this trip comes out tomorrow! Enjoy! It was a great trip!
No way I'm doing that one too lol. It'll be a blast! 🎉
My family and I are on the same cruise-Feb. 7th. Can’t wait!!! Have a great holiday!
I wonder if the drawers are sticky to keep them from sliding open during rough seas? Great video!
Thank you for taking the time and trouble to post it for the rest of us who are so excited to take our next adventure out of SF.
Great video. I’m curious as to what time you arrived? I’m usually outside the terminal around 9:30 am & am one of the 1st groups inside the terminal around 10 am & because of my status I’m one of the 1st groups onto the ship. Because on my early arrival I’ve never experienced any long lines. I’m usually at the sit down restaurant for lunch at q2 noon, but, early in the buffet there is usually no long lines. I like a table near the window so I usually find an empty chair & leave something like a hat to secure my seat. Thanks again for your video.
We had arrived at approx 11:30am. I think we ended up getting lucky with the line, but we still had to wait for a number to be called once we were checked in.
@@EnjoyRaboy I’m lucky, I guess, as I was already on the ship & ready for Lunch & I hope my tip for arriving early will be helpful.
This month I’ll be doing a princess cruise for the first tine so excited 🤩
How I’m supposed to know at what time is embarkation? It doesn’t say anything, thank you
With Princess, there is no specific time you have to arrive. In the app, it will tell you that the boarding time is from 10:30am-3:00pm. Well at least that is the window we got.
What time did you arrive? Great video. Thank you. we'll be there to board on Feb 23!
Thanks! We arrived to the port at about 11:50am-12pm.
@@EnjoyRaboy Thank you! We can’t wait. Your video was perfect to get a feel for things.
Were doing an 11 day alaska on the crown in June...can't wait...
That is awesome! Have an amazing time! We will have to put that on our wish list!
June 17?
Because of the medallion you only walk to muster station and leave, they know when you get there
Very nice vlog ❤❤❤
Thank you!
Do you park at the pier? If so, where do you recommend?
We had someone drop us off at the pier. We preferred to not have to worry about parking a car in the city.
What time did you arrive at the port? Did you see Porters helping with checked baggage?
We arrived about 11:30am, porters were helping, but they were on the opposite side from where the line to enter forms. They were on the passenger drop off area and the line lined up facing the other side of the building.
I feel that we always do the same activities 😂, aulani, wolf lodge, and now the cruise,
Where was your destination? And at what time did you go to the pier ?
This cruise goes to Ensenada and San Diego with a couple of sea days mixed in. We arrived to the pier at approximately 11:30AM.
@EnjoyRaboy thank you. we are going to do the same one in February. I am waiting for the rest of your video ☺️
I'm cruising on the crown for the first time in feb from sf. My first Cruise was on the Carnival Miracle also from San Francisco and I did not enjoy it one bit lol. I've heard good things about Princess so hopefully this is a bit better lol.
how was it?
@chickendinner776 imo this princess experience was much better. I felt like princess cared about the Cruisers and I felt more taken care of. The food was also better. I'm sure quality varies ship to ship, but I'm not doing the miracle again lol
@@marivega3294 I went carnival both times i went cruising, and this is my third time cruising and first with princess. going to alaska in june 17 with the crown but i heard it was really good
@@chickendinner776 I think you'll really like it. I heard princess is known for having the best Alaskan cruises
@@marivega3294 Yeah its their specialty and their most experienced. Princess and holland cruise line are the modt experienced cruise lines for alaska. Also did you go to Alaska with your princess cruise?
Is SF safe solo cruise?
The cruise was safe, we didn’t really explore SF prior to the cruise. We live about an hour and a half away and tend to avoid the city, so we drove in embarkation morning. We have had bicycles stolen there in the past and see plenty of people voiding in public, that is just not what we like to experience.
@EnjoyRaboy thank you. Am trying to decide if to pick a cruise line that stops in SF or not. I've always wanted to go, but most reviews say similar things to you about the voiding in public and how it's gone downhill.thanks 4 your reply
