Vancouver has a bad rap for being tricky and chaotic. I’m here to tell you that was not the case. Smooth sailing. Happy to share our experience. Thanks for watching and commenting. 😊
Great help to understand the Vancouver cruise terminal. It gets lots of complaints about poor signage, lines, and traveling to multi floors to achieve check-in.
We got to the port around 10:30. Thanks for the clarification on the specific name of the line. It works so well. Thank you too for watching and commenting. Happy sailing! 😊
Had the misfortune to get our Royal Princess cruise from Vancouver. Embarkation was a sh.. fest. The princes stuff was Ok. The real issues started getting through US customs. for the Alaska trip. About 2 .5 hours in long lines in a stuffy crowded hall. Three ships been handled. Our ship had 3 US customs agents for non US citizens....3 that is it 3! Whenever I have dealt with US border people it is always the same. Naturally we both came down with Covid a few days into the cruise. Advice think twice before using Vancouver and then think twice again. Of my six cruises from around the world it was the worst experience. Even St Petersburg Russia was a breeze. Australia great..NZ great...Barcelona great... Amsterdam...great. What is it with the US that makes its so crap? Seems that they think it is an honour that you are allowed to visit! Actually as an Australian living in the US would be my worst nightmare.
My husband and I usual split three items so we can taster more variety, AND cruise line portions tend to be smaller because they are aware of this practice. 😊

Thanks for showing the light rail train from Vancouver Airport. Looks really easy plus cheaper than paying for a transfer.
I really does work like a charm. AND no traffic! Thanks for watching and commenting.
I had no idea they had light rail to port. We are going next week 9/14. How much is the light rail and how long does it take?
Thanks in advance
Here is an unpublished video of the process. It ended up as $6 US. SUPER EASY. Vancouver Embarkation

I would be stressed with flying in the same day. Also, thanks for showing the room. Great informative video.
Thanks for watching! And commenting! 😀
Thanks Kristie. Sorry no launch party.

They are definitely working on it with LOTS of staff to help direct you so you don’t get lost. Or go the wrong way. 🛳️🚢💕😀
It was a bummer. I don’t know why I thought they would just hold it at the scheduled time. Live and learn. Thanks for watching and commenting. 😀🚢
Kat made another appearance! 😻
I think Kat should actually be called Ham. 🐈😹
Hi Kat!
Meow! That means hi back.
What time did you get to the port in Vancouver? Also it’s called the Canada Line, not light rail.
