You have to play 2nd round because the Badges condition conflict.
Part 2 Goal Badges.
- Complete the mission without reclaiming Mugen's gear.
- Rescue the farmers before you rescue Mugen.
- Kill 3 enemies by crushing them with rocks.
- Kill all enemies.

23:10 oops, should have put Yuki's knife in that samurai. Still, this is the only series of videos on youtube that does all badges in two runs (although this is technically two runs in one video because the reloading from a previous point for different achievements, so really three runs)

why you don't continue after ~13 minutes? rifle ammo?

For different achievements. First the "free all farmers before Mugen" achievement, then the others.

I think it's rifle ammo, for kill all enemies badge. It probably would have been harder without the extra ammo.
