Lol, ok so it's actually a kombat league skin, and there's 2 ways 1. Wait until the kombat league season for this skin arrives (Which I believe arrives after the current one, keep your eyes peeled) 2. You can also get it by doing Secret meteor towers, there's a specific time where a meteor occurs in the towers of time mode and if you put the input correctly, it should activate a secret tower that rewards you with kombat league skins
