    If you only knew how much you are helping me Dr Tom!!!
    I'm not unfamiliar with the word Limerence, but I have neverrrr found anyone that can explain for me what is ACTUALLY HAPPENING to me!!!
    I honestly thought I was going MENTAL for real until I found you here on youtube.
    One million thankyous from a broken heart ❤❤❤❤

      your brain isn't broken and neither are you. just because it doesn't always automatically operate in ways that are most beneficial/healthy for us doesn't mean we're broken, we're just human. Where do you think all our good art comes from? 😅 It's just part of learning. don't be so hard on urself

    Thanks for another great video Dr Tom. It is very comforting to have this sense of 'community' when limerence can make you feel so alone. Also, have you ever considered doing podcasts? The lack of a need of imagery to talk about limerence would really lend itself to this. If they were on here or Spotify etc I would certainly engage - your voice is very easy to listen to! All the best and thanks again for you work.
