English Setters are beautiful both in looks and nature. I've had the privelage of owning two during my lifetime, or should I say they owned me. 🙂 They were show rather than worikng Setters like those in the video, but no doubt have similar traits. I was never interested in showing them...they were great family pets and companions on my long walks in the hills surrounding my village.. I miss them........

C’est tellement joli, mais c’est tellement dommage que cela finisse par une tuerie. Je suis ancien chasseur, amoureux de la nature, et j’ai choisi de mettre mon fusil au placard. C’est tellement évident qu’il est temps de laisser la nature tranquille… L’année dernière j’ai connu un Bécassier acharné qui continue à aller à la bécasse avec ses 3 setters , mais il n’a plus dans la main qu’un bâton pour marcher maintenant.
Well said, I love watching the dogs working it’s great to see dogs doing what they were bred for. I don’t mind people killing anything as long as it’s sustainable, and when killed put to good use. I have worked pointers in the past but didn’t shoot on the flush . I let the birds fly on knowing I could have shot them if wanted to, so I always had birds to hunt and work for my dogs.
