Wow girl, I’ve been seeing 311 everywhere, too! I looked it up in Strongs and saw delay, but I didn’t know what to make of it! I was like, “nope!” 😂 so, that makes so much sense and then the Hebrew word and passage! That means so much! Thank you for explaining this!

I had a court appeal and on the morning of the court date I had a vision of 311. When I sought the meaning in my hebrew concordance I meant delay...the case was adjourned which was an actual delay
We are in agreement, 311 means delay, but in the context of the scripture where it is used, it says “did not delay.” I was led to interpret using the scripture reference in this case.
