This song is featured at the end of a very creepy French horror movie called "High Tension". Worth a watch imo. I remember sitting through all the credits like, "Holy shit this song's amazing". 1st time I ever heard of Muse. Glad I caught this movie randomly on cable.

I had a flashback to a little thought that popped into my brain a few years ago with this song: ‘Link it to the world, link it to yourself’; We all know that Elon Musk wanted to put implants into *new born* babies with his Neuralink... Matt even said himself, way back, that New Born is something about humanity merging with robotics and technology and people losing individualism ( “Soulless is everywhere” ). And the lyrics “I’m drifting away from you”, I was thinking that means ‘drifting away’ from humanity, since you’re not able to think, speak or do as you freely wish - you’ve become a ‘drone’ (ba-dum-tssh. Reference intended). Likely completely unrelated. Anyway, thought you might like that one, Shecky 😅
