Hi I was playing your hymn all are welcome and thought what a joy I am a gay guy myself and find it hard. As we have not attended church for a few months due to the outbreak of C19 it as gave me time to think and I must admit that I feel like rubbish. I think that you are an inspiration to us all Thank you
This is to all denominations: If Acts 16:11-15, 40 and/or 1 Corinthians 1:26-30 are your Scripture(s) of the Day, this is a good hymn to compliment them.
@@funatcapers I also play the piano and organ. This coming Sunday, I am filling in at a local Lutheran Church. This will be the Processional Hymn. The focus will be on Jesus chasing the money changers out of the temple.
This is NOT a hymn! A hymn is composed for four parts and is rich in theology. This is a popular song to use during Pride Month. All are welcomed, but on God’s terms, not our terms.
I love this song. We sing it often at our church, The Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in downtown Atlanta GA
As a gay man this makes me feel so happy and relived that i belong in church
The church must welcome you

Gay or straight, you are my brother. Much love. G-D bless you.
Do you have any advice for chastity and abstinence?
The young man playing the organ is very talented

@@funatcapers No. I live in South Carolina (US). But I visited Singapore in July 1989 (US Navy).
