Thank you! Really good sequence but I feel there weren't pauses between the poses. Especially for people like me who have consistent lower back pain I feel I can't rush to the next pose.

From gentle to advanced or whatever the way you think it should be. I really want to get rid of my lower back pain (and I know I'm not the only one) and on my bad days I just want to hit play.
